At Safe Container, each item is made to order through our print-on-demand fulfillment partner, Printful. Because products are created specifically for each order, we keep our return and refund policy intentionally limited.
All Sales Are Final Except for Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We do not accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges for:
ordering the wrong size
change of mind
preference about fit, feel, or color
accidental orders
buyer’s remorse
Because each item is made to order, we are generally unable to restock returned merchandise.
This policy is also consistent with Printful’s fulfillment model. Printful states that if a customer ordered the wrong size, selected the wrong item, or no longer wants the item, returns or exchanges are up to the seller, and Printful does not offer free reprints or refunds in those cases.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us at support@asafecontainer.com within 7 days of delivery.
Please include:
your order number
a brief description of the issue
clear photos showing the problem
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with Printful to arrange an appropriate remedy. Depending on the situation, this may include a replacement item or a refund.
Printful’s help materials state that quality issues and fulfillment mistakes may qualify for a free reprint or refund support, while customer-remorse situations do not.
No Size Exchanges
Please review the sizing information carefully before placing your order. At this time, Safe Container does not offer size exchanges for items ordered in the wrong size.
Refund Method
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
Return Shipping
In most approved damaged or defective item claims, we do not require the item to be returned before offering a remedy. If a return is required in a particular case, we will provide instructions.
Chargebacks and Abuse
We reserve the right to deny refund requests in cases involving misuse of this policy, fraudulent claims, or repeated abuse.
