Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Safe Container.

All Safe Container apparel is made to order through our print-on-demand production partner, Printful. Because each item is produced after your order is placed, shipping times include both fulfillment time and carrier delivery time.

Order Processing and Fulfillment

Orders are typically fulfilled within 2 to 5 business days.

Fulfillment time is the time it takes to create and prepare your item before it ships. This does not include transit time after the package leaves the production facility. Most orders ship within 5 business days, but fulfillment times may vary depending on order volume, product availability, holidays, and other operational factors.

Shipping Time

After fulfillment, estimated shipping times are generally:

  • United States and Canada, standard shipping: 3 to 4 business days

  • International, standard shipping: 5 to 20 business days

Shipping estimates are not guarantees and may vary based on destination, customs processing, carrier delays, weather, and other conditions outside our control.

Total Delivery Estimate

For most domestic orders, total delivery time is generally the sum of fulfillment time plus shipping time. In many cases, customers can expect delivery within approximately 5 to 9 business days, though delays may occur.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to locations supported by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Some countries and regions may be unavailable due to carrier limitations, customs restrictions, or legal constraints. Availability may change without notice.

Order Tracking

If tracking is available for your shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Address Accuracy

Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Safe Container is not responsible for delivery issues, delays, or losses caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information submitted at checkout.

Delays

We work hard to meet the shipping timelines displayed on our website. If we are unable to ship within the timeframe stated at checkout or elsewhere on the site, we may contact you with an updated shipping estimate and, where required, offer the option to wait for the delayed shipment or cancel for a refund. Under FTC rules, sellers must have a reasonable basis for their shipping claims and must offer a delay notice and refund option when promised shipping times cannot be met.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, transit and delivery are largely outside our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at support@asafecontainer.com and we will do our best to assist.

If a package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with household members, neighbors, building staff, and the carrier before contacting us.
